Design
Pinebridge specialise in end-to-end turnkey design. This enables us to review how people use their current spaces, develop an inspiring new design, and deliver the project on time and on budget, with minimal business interruption.
Our in-house designers can help you define, develop and create destinations where your customers and staff will love spending time in. From retail shop floors, office building to complex technology areas our design process remains the same.

We want to get inside your head to find out what your brand and corporate identity means to you, and also what inspires your customers and staff. From the initial design workshop, we can embody your brand and work ethos into an inspirational design for your space.
Develop
We design your spaces right down to the last detail. We work with you and the end users to select the furniture, fabrics and finishes through design workshops, show-room / exhibition visits and tours of other inspirational spaces we’ve designed and worked on.
The design will be brought to life with concept drawings in form of 2D sketches and 3D visualisations. This allows us to show you how your customers and staff will use the new space, where the furniture will be located, and how the finishes all come together. At this stage you’ll get a real understanding of what your new space will look like before we start the construction stage.
Once the design is frozen, we get our construction team ready to go live on site. Comprehensive planning helps us get the job done right, the first time.
Our in-house designers prepare a full drawings and specification package for our construction teams which includes floor plans, mechanical and electrical plans and specifications all drawings and details for bespoke joinery and furniture.
Value Engineering
Our in-house team of construction economists can ensure your budget is sacred throughout all stages of design and construction. We offer our clients bespoke value engineering services which can generate tangible savings by challenging the phasing of the project, the material choice selections, methodologies and most importantly offering you the best advice on life cycle costings.
