We recently delivered a full ground floor refurbishment at The Oval, transforming a previously occupied tenant space into a bright, modern and flexible Cat A+ environment ready for immediate occupation. The works began with a complete strip-out of the former tenant fit-out, creating a clean foundation for a high-quality remodel.
To enhance energy efficiency and light quality, the space was re-lamped with new LED light fittings, providing consistent, modern illumination throughout. The open-plan layout was refined with the installation of full-height double-glazed partitions paired with painted timber doors, offering a premium finish while maintaining visual openness and acoustic privacy.
A refreshed amenity zone was created through the installation of new canteen joinery, complemented by durable carpet finishes, bespoke banquette seating, and striking timber fin screens that add warmth and architectural detail. The entire space received full re-decoration, elevating the overall aesthetic and ensuring a cohesive, contemporary look.
To complete the upgrade, we introduced new canteen furniture, providing a comfortable, functional setting for informal meetings, breaks, and collaboration.
The result is a revitalised, design-led ground floor that enhances user comfort, supports flexible working, and presents The Oval as a high-quality destination for prospective tenants.
