We recently delivered a full Cat B fit-out to the 4th Floor at 76 Lower Baggot Street, transforming a previously occupied workspace into a modern, efficient, and fully furnished office environment ready for immediate use. The project began with a complete strip-out of the former tenant fit-out, allowing for a fresh layout and upgraded building services.
A key element of the works was the electrical subdivision of the floor, achieved through the installation of split smart digital meters and new sub-mains distribution boards, ensuring improved energy monitoring and tenant-level control. We also installed new general power solutions and Cat 6 structured cabling, enabling robust IT and electrical infrastructure throughout the office.
Lighting was enhanced through a full re-lamp with new LED fittings and carefully selected feature lighting, providing both efficiency and visual impact. The floor received a full aesthetic upgrade with new carpet finishes and a series of bespoke joinery units, adding functionality and elevating the design quality.
To support focused working and private conversations, we constructed chat pods featuring double-glazed screens, offering acoustic separation while maintaining a contemporary, transparent look. The project was completed with a full office furniture fit-out, including workstations, task seating, and breakout furniture, creating a balanced environment for work, collaboration, and relaxation.
The result is a refined, high-performance workspace that blends modern design, efficient services, and turnkey functionality—making 76 Lower Baggot Street a standout option for incoming occupants.
