We recently completed a comprehensive Cat B fit-out at the PTSB Blackrock Corporate Centre, delivering a fully finished workplace designed around flexibility, collaboration, and modern corporate functionality. The project began with a full strip-out of all existing finishes, enabling a complete redesign and reconfiguration of the office environment.
The new layout features exposed concrete soffit ceilings, giving the space a contemporary, industrial aesthetic complemented by new high-efficiency LED light fittings and strategically placed acoustic ceiling treatments to ensure comfort and sound control. To create defined, high-performance work and meeting zones, we installed double-glazed partitions and folding walls, allowing seamless reconfiguration of rooms depending on user needs.
A full upgrade of building services was completed, including new general power installations and Cat 6 structured cabling to support modern IT requirements. The fit-out also included bespoke joinery elements for canteens, tea points, and breakout spaces, providing warm, functional areas for staff interaction and rest.
We supplied and installed new desking, task seating, and AV equipment, delivering a turnkey workspace solution ready for immediate occupation. Beyond the main office floors, the project also encompassed a full refresh of all washroom facilities and an upgrade of the existing reception area, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality experience from arrival through to the workspaces.
The result is a sophisticated, fully integrated corporate environment that reflects PTSB’s brand, supports employee wellbeing, and enhances operational efficiency within the Blackrock Corporate Centre.
