We recently completed a full Cat A landlord fit-out on Level 4 of The Chase, transforming a previously occupied floor into a clean, modern, and fully serviced office environment ready for new tenants. The project began with a comprehensive strip-out of the previous tenant fit-out, including all common area washrooms, providing a blank canvas for upgraded finishes and systems.
The open-plan office area received a complete services refresh, featuring the installation of new VRF air-conditioning systems to deliver efficient, controllable heating and cooling throughout. The floor was further enhanced with Cat 7 data cabling and new general power to floor boxes, ensuring a robust, future-proofed infrastructure suitable for modern workplace demands.
A full re-decoration revitalised the space, creating a bright and neutral environment ideal for tenant customisation. As part of the landlord upgrade, we delivered a full washroom refurbishment, including premium tiled surfaces, full-height HPL laminate cubicles, new IPS panel systems, modern sanitaryware, and new vanity units—all selected for durability, cleanliness, and contemporary appeal.
The result is a high-quality, market-ready floorplate that combines strong technical performance with crisp, modern finishes—ensuring Level 4 at The Chase is positioned as an attractive option for prospective occupiers.
