THE PROJECT
Fitzwilton Limited engaged Pinebridge to undertake a new office fit-out for them at their Beech Hill Office Campus. Our fit-out teams provided them with new glazed partitions, suspended ceilings, kitchen areas, floor finishes, meeting rooms and new electrical installations including data and fire alarms.
OVERCOMING CHALLENGES
- Live busy environment – The project was completed in a busy suburban office complex and our fit-out team ensured that all areas surrounding our work zones were fully segregated from the public. Any major works causing disruption were carried out of normal hours in order to not disrupt existing tenants.
- Phasing – The project required our fit-out team to migrate the client into a new separate unit. This migration was completed with zero disruption to the clients business and we ensured they had full continuity of business operations during this period.
