Peter McMahon B.Sc. Construction Econ.
Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and has always observed the mantra of “vision, results, honesty”. He is an extremely focused and diligent individual who goes above and beyond for every project.
Peter has successfully managed many turnkey projects from commercial developments, residential projects, office fit outs, restaurant and bar refurbishments and prestigious hotel builds. He not only leads his team in producing the highest quality projects, but he has also implemented management systems within the company that drives the high standard of quality and customer care he has pioneered. Peter is heavily involved in every step of each project from the initial planning phases, risk management and cost estimation through to contract administration. He provides the professionalism and drive that the project requires to meet time, budget and quality standards.

Cathy McKenna B.A. Econmics, Politics & Law.
As finance director, Cathy oversees all the business’s finance and accounts, including ensuring that financial strategies support the broader corporate aims of the business, managing the company’s accounting function, and implementing processes, controls, procedures and systems.
With over 12 years experience working in a senior role for a diverse multi assest investment company, Cathy has considerable knowledge of financial management and corporate governance.
Employed by Pinebridge in 2018, Cathy’s main role was to develop the accounts function and embed a financial control structure in a rapidly growing and ever changing environment. Cathy was promoted to Company Secretary in 2019. She brings humour, tolerance and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels whilst adding a different perspective, balance and cohesion to the core team.
