Red Oak North – Sub-division & Office Refurbishment
Pinebridge recently completed a comprehensive sub-division and office refurbishment project at Red Oak North Level 3, transforming the existing workspace into two separate demises and also completing a modern and functional office environment tailored to the client’s operational requirements.
The project involved the sub-division of the existing office floor, including separation of existing Mechanical & Electrical services, upgraded finishes throughout, and the installation of new staff canteen and refurbished meeting room facilities, all delivered within a live commercial setting.
Careful coordination and attention to detail ensured the works were completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality finishes throughout the space.
Project Scope
A key element of the project was the reconfiguration of the third-floor office layout to create two independent office spaces. To achieve this, Pinebridge constructed a 120-minute fire-rated dividing wall, providing full fire compartmentation separation while meeting the required fire safety standards for the building.
Additional upgrade works included:
- Installation of new canteen joinery, LVT floor finishes, and appliances
- Installation of feature lighting to enhance the workspace environment
- Upgrading all electrical accessories with antique brass sockets and finishes
- Demolition and removal of three existing offices
- Ceiling alterations and making-good works following demolition
- Full internal decoration throughout the office space
Delivery & Finish
The project required close coordination between trades to ensure a seamless delivery across demolition, construction, electrical and finishing works.
Particular attention was given to the final finishes and detailing, creating a high-quality workspace with a modern aesthetic while improving the functionality and flow of the office layout.
The completed refurbishment has delivered a refreshed and flexible office environment that supports both operational efficiency and occupant comfort.
