PTSB Head Office – Washroom Refurbishment
As part of the wider building upgrade works at the PTSB Head Office, Pinebridge delivered a comprehensive refurbishment of washroom facilities across six floors of the building.
The objective of this element of the project was to modernise existing amenities, improve accessibility and enhance the overall experience for building occupants, while maintaining full functionality of the office throughout the works.
Working within a live corporate environment required careful planning and phased delivery to ensure minimal disruption to staff and visitors.
Project Scope
The washroom upgrade programme covered 22 facilities across the building, including male, female, accessible and shower room areas.
The refurbishment works included the removal of existing sanitary installations, upgrades to plumbing infrastructure, and the installation of modern sanitaryware and cubicle systems designed to improve durability, hygiene and user comfort.
These upgrades significantly improved the functionality, reliability and visual quality of the shared facilities throughout the building.
Delivery in a Live Environment
The washroom refurbishments were carried out alongside other building upgrade works within an active office environment. Pinebridge coordinated closely with building management to carefully phase the works across floors, ensuring that adequate facilities remained available for occupants at all times.
Through careful scheduling and coordination with the wider project team, the works were successfully delivered within the overall 35-week programme, without disruption to day-to-day business activities.
